01. The order
Your order is shipped directly from our warehouse in China via standard international shipping. This method allows us to offer you unique and high-quality items at a great value. Please note that the total delivery time is typically between 10 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This timeframe includes the necessary international transit and customs clearance processes, which can occasionally cause slight delays that are out of our direct control.But good things are worth waiting for! 02. Shipment
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Thank you for your order! To ensure every item passes our quality check and is packaged with care, we process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days after payment. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
The logistics information hasn’t been updated for several days, what’s going on?
We completely understand your concern. This is a very common occurrence with international shipping. Your package is likely in one of these phases:
In Transit Between Countries: It might be on a flight to your country, during which tracking updates may pause.
Awaiting Customs Clearance: It has arrived in your country and is in queue for customs processing. This can take several days and depends on the local customs authority.

03. Payment and price
Is payment secure? How do you protect my information?

This means your payment details and card information are handled directly by them on their secure, encrypted pages. We do not see or store any of your sensitive payment data on our servers. Does the price include customs duties?
Our product prices are the prices of the goods themselves, including import duties and taxes that you may be required to pay.
Depending on the customs policies of your country, your package may incur customs duties upon clearance. These duties are collected by the destination country and are usually borne by the merchant. 04. Returns, exchanges and complaints
Can I return it if I don’t like it? What are the procedures and fees?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition with all tags attached.
However, please note that as we ship directly from China, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. International return shipping can be expensive. We highly encourage you to review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any pre-purchase questions!
If there’s a minor issue that doesn’t affect the use, we’d love to make it right by offering a partial refund or store credit as a token of our appreciation.
What should you do if there are quality problems with the product?
If the item arrives with any quality issues (e.g., damage, faulty stitching, malfunction), please contact us with photos or videos within 48 hours of receipt.
Once confirmed as our fault, we will cover all costs to arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You will not bear any cost for our quality oversight.
